Rules & regulations

LESSON

  1. Lessons will be conducted from 1st to 28th day of the month. There will be no lesson for the remaining days of the month.
  2. All students will be guaranteed 4 lessons a month except for the annual holidays which are stated below.
  3. Lessons will not be affected by public holidays
  4. When a student wishes to suspend lessons temporarily (for a maximum period of 2 months only), the student shall notify the school 1 (One) month in advance otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. In order to secure the vacancy, half month fee for the respective month must be paid.
  5. To terminate the lesson(s), please notify the school one month in advance otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
  6. Deposit will be forfeited automatically if a student is absent without prior notice for 3(three) consecutive weeks. This will be considered as an act of terminating the lesson.
  7. The school reserves the right to transfer, combine or dissolve a class.


ATTENDANCE

  1. Please attend lessons regularly, there will be NO REPLACEMENT if student is absent without notice.
  2. If a student is unable to attend lesson, it will only be replaced provided the student inform the school or teacher by giving notice at least 2 (two) working days in advance. NO REPLACEMENT FOR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION.
  3. There will be no further replacement if the student failed to attend the replacement lesson with whatsoever reasons.
  4. There will NOT be any replacement if a student cancels or postpones lesson more than 4(FOUR) times a year.
  5. For group lesson; there will be NO replacement or fees deduction if you are absent for whatsoever reasons because the group lesson continue as normal in your absent.

 

FEES

  1. All fees shall be paid before 7th day of the month.
  2. Fees paid are not refundable, transferable or deferred to another month.
  3. No deduction will be allowed for non-attendance and all holidays
  4. The Deposit for each course shall always be maintained at the amount equivalent to the students’ monthly fees.



HOLIDAYS

  1. Chinese New Year
  2. Mid – term
  3. Year-end holiday
